Live and experience Al Marjan Island - 1Br

Dirty Positive: The apartment was big, provided large terrace and facilities. Negative: The place was not clean. The terrace was covered in dust/sand which clearly hadn't been cleaned for months. The sleeping arrangements caused significant problems for us. The camp bed provided was squeaky and very uncomfortable even for a 2yo. The additional bed for my 4yo son was a sofa, not a sofa bed just a sofa. It was stained, smelled and when I removed the cushions to look for a pull out option expecting a sofa bed there were left over headphones from a previous visitor and filth, crumbs, old food. This clearly had not been cleaned for sometime. In addition to the sofa there was not enough bedding provided to even sleep on the sofa if we chose to. On the first evening I asked for spare bedding and an additional camp bed and was assured it would arrive. It did not. I requested a refund for our stay and spoke woth 2 different staff and was assured my query would be addressed. It has not which has resulted in this negative review.

Exceptional service Positive: Its clean and neat and the ambiance is great 😍 Negative: There was nothing so far to Complain as it was located in a nice area.

Positive: The Room was fantastic, I love the furniture & ambience. The most important thing is it is connected with the beach, and it is entirely a different experience for me & my kids. The swimming pool was amazing. and its very close to marjaan island which is am added advantage for this property. Negative: there are no baqalas or super markets close by, I have to order everything online during my stay.
